Leigh Community Trust is a thriving community-focused charity. After wide community consultation the Trust works in the areas of challenging behaviour, mental and physical wellbeing, special needs specifically Neurodevelopmental conditions,  social prescribing and isolation/exclusion prevention. 

 

We aim to enhance and support the community by creating a stronger and safer place, improved physical and mental wellbeing and the promotion of social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing people from becoming excluded, relieving the needs of those marginalised and assisting them to integrate back into society.

Welcome to the A-team Hub part of the Leigh Community Trust’s core delivery, supporting children and young adults with Neurodevelopmental issues such as autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy and other SEND conditions; their families, and carers in the Wigan Borough and also North West.

 

We focus on pre & post-diagnostic support and life-changing early intervention with autistic children and young people.
