DANCING DOWN MEMORY LANE

Dancing Down Memory Lane is a social dance experience that is a beneficial physical experience for older people. Our sessions offer a way to be sociable and have fun, promoting a welcome sense of community spirit. Dancers will experience the joy of a fit and able body and mind.  Our qualified dance teacher Michelle delivers the programme in local care homes transforming them back into the 1950’s with traditional table decorations, bunting, music and dance of days gone by.
